What We Do

Churches borrow money from banks just like other operations.  However, church lending is considered by banks as a higher credit risk.  Therefore, a bank's capacity to lend to churches is usually limited and reserved for those churches that present the strongest loan applications.  

We're prepared to help you at any level, from impartial advice or practical assistance to help your church submit a well-prepared loan application to the bank of your choice.  We undertake a credit analysis of your church in the same fashion that any bank would as part of your loan application.  By answering the hard questions on the front-end and addressing credit concerns upfront, your church will gain credibility with the bank and increase your likelihood of getting a "yes" and better loan terms from the bank. 

We are not a loan broker, which assembles a church’s loan application, shops the church's loan to a host of church lenders, and typically charges a 1-5% broker fee (i.e. a $1,000,000 church loan equates to a typical broker fee ranging between $10,000 to $50,000).  We help you work with your local community bank with loan capacity to lend to churches.  Our services are best for those churches that intend to establish a lasting credit relationship with an active local community bank.

Our rates are subject to the scope of work required to help you complete your church's loan application. However, our rates typically range from $1,500 to $4,500, based on the scope of work required.
